國際保障未成年少男少女身心健康發展協會會員Dr.K (譚耀文) 質疑司徒老闆（林敏聰) 舉辦的選秀活動「新星產線」利用年輕人追夢的心理，從中榨壓勒索，嚴重危害大批青少年身心發展，然而協會目前面臨營運困難，只好將貨就價重新聘用被革職的問題會員雷紫荊（盧瀚霆) 協助調查，意外令娛樂記者夏日葵（蘇皓兒）、九線歌手白百合（李靜儀）及解救堂妹元萱（陳紫萱）的元螢（李炘頣）組成假冒女團參賽⋯。一位科学家试图研制出一种能够对付West Nile病毒的疫苗，并用死刑犯进行试验。不料其中一个犯人在试验室突然狂性大发，他突变为半人半蚊的怪物并且开始寻找新成员。至于这位科学家女士，她也受到了同样的感染，只是突变较为缓慢而已。所以她必须和时间赛跑，尽早杀死蚊人并且找到治愈的方法。这时这位美女科学家即将完成变化，蚊人企图将她带走进行交配，但她最后的理性帮助她用电击干掉蚊人但自己也牺牲了！。The woman at the other end of Sam's marriage proposal over the telephone is Diane.
