“北纬三十三度”是商南县在地球的纬度位置，也是中国茶叶生长的最北界线。该剧为现代剧，它以商南县茶叶站站长、全国劳模、人大代表张淑珍为原型，讲述了她和老公焦先生为了商南的经济发展，自60年代起从西安市下乡到商南县的一对知识分子，为了商南的茶叶产业走出的漫长而艰辛的历程，最终打破了商南不产茶的历史。。影片讲述了在世纪转折期间，意大利都灵被压榨的纺织厂工人开始争取改善工作环境，西尼加利亚教授（马斯杜安尼）被社会主义者派遣到那里帮助工人组织罢工和斗争。。The poet Dante is lost in a dark and gloomy wood.
